Return / Replacement Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the product, if the product was damaged during shipping and you would like a replacement product, you must notify us by email (boatcleanerpro@gmail.com) within ten (10) days of purchase. You must ship the can or jar of the unused portion to 2405 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071. We will only ship a replacement product after we have received the defective product.
Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the product and want a refund, you must notify us by email (boatcleanerpro@gmail.com) within ten (10) days of purchase. You must ship the can or jar of the unused portion back to 2405 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071. You will receive a refund within 30 days after we receive the unused portion.
